Dozens say they were forced to abandon cars and trek "dangerous" roads just to get into Norwich's Autumn Lights on Saturday.
They blasted "zero traffic management" at Norfolk Showground as punters missed the firework display before waiting hours to be towed out of a mud-logged car park.
