AMID the cost of living crisis, the constantly increasing price of Heinz Ketchup is one that's left people fuming.
And while there are tonnes of own brand tomato sauces on the market, lots of people would still rather shell out on the more expensive Heinz, insisting it has a superior taste.
So you can expect to see ketchup fans in the aisles at Sainsbury's this weekend, as their Half price on Heinz with Nectar Prices campaign runs from the 1st to 3rd September.
During this time, you can get three huge 1kg bottles of Heinz ketchup for just a fiver - if you have a Nectar card.
That makes it just £1.66 for each bottle.
And when you think that a 910g bottle of Heinz ketchup is £4.50 on Ocado, it's a mega deal that Sainsbury's are running.

Even at the full price of £10 for three 1kg bottles of the sauce, it's a good deal, as it would be £3.33 for each one.
Caroline had initially posted about the £10 price tag in a post on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook.
Sharing a picture of the three-pack, she wrote: "Just spotted in Sainsburys, initially gasped at the label, but then realised that you get 3 x large bottles for £10.
"Hope it helps those with ketchup loving kids!"

Someone then told her: "Sainsburys are doing half price heinz this weekend too so it'll only be £5!

Despite the bargain prices, there were still people complaining in the comments section that the Heinz ketchup is too expensive.
"What ever happened to the £1/£1.50 bottles?" one wrote.
"It feels like overnight it’s now one of the most expensive condiments! Mental!"
"Stopped buying Heinz due to their ridiculous charging. Now get Lidl or Aldi," another added.
